Acrylic shell is a tooth-shaped “cap”, used to protect a weak tooth (such as badly damaged or decayed) from breaking or to hold together parts of a cracked tooth; or used to restore an already broken tooth that has been severely worn down. Acrylic shell is made from quality polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) material added with cross-linking agents to improve the network structure, and through multiple thermal pressing against the unique nickel-based alloy composite mold.
