Huge Dental Acrylic
The product uses advanced PMMA as raw material, the acrylic
resin powder with bionic capillary vessel fibre and
abio-pigments without cadmium. The crown bridge made by Huge
Dental Acrylic Denture Powder has the same physical and
biological performances as Huge Dental Acrylic teeth. We have
two moulds, A and B，A
is made of all imported material. B is made of imported material
partly, 6 shades.
Main Performance and features

The advanced material, we use advanced polymath acrylic acid
as raw powder material.
- No harmful paint. We add the red acrylic resin powder with
bionic capillary vessel fibre and abio-pigments without
cadmium, safe usage.

Imported blood patterns, we add the imported simulated blood
patterns, to assure denture base more normal.

6 shades: 0S,1S(T),2S,2S(T),3S,3S(T).
6 popular denture base shades, can satisfy different
patients’ need.
Note: 0S is transparent, T is red gum and half
transparent, from 1S to 3S, the gum shade is darker. -
Operation time: suitable operation time, 10-30 minutes.

Powder and liquid proportion: standard powder and liquid
proportion is 100g powders/liquid 42~48 ml, and can be
adjusted according to needs. We recommend our acrylic
denture liquid.

The precise tissue surface mould copy, reduces the mucous
membrane stimulation
Small polymerization contraction, no monomer after
polymerization, no obvious bubble and gap.
Strong and impact- proofing, increased the denture usage

B is made of imported material partly.
- Technology index: WSP≤32μg／mm3, WSL≤1.6μg／mm3.
- Standard package specification: 100g/ bag, 120bags/case,
other package depending on customers’ needs.
