Two Streamlined Clinical Routes
Solution 1: TopCEM DCRC + HugeBond+ MM-4D Zirconia
Maximum durability and esthetics

When bonding a crown made from HUGE zirconia to a cobalt-chromium alloy abutment using TopCEM combined with HugeBond, after heat treatment in a fast-sintering furnace at 300°C for 1 hour, the two parts could be completely separated.
When using HugeBond with TopCEM to bond zirconia and titanium, the initial bond strength was 42.8 MPa; after 5,000 thermocycles, the bond strength remained 31.5 MPa; and after autoclave sterilization at 130°C for 15 minutes, the bond strength was 33.0 MPa. From the test results we can see that the combination of HugeBond and TopCEM enables zirconia–titanium bonding that can withstand high-pressure steam sterilization.
